Registration Requirements for local companies:
All valid legal documents that include:
1. Commercial Registration (CR).
2. Zakat Certificate.
3. Chamber of Commerce Registration (COC).
4. Value added tax registration (VAT).
5. GOSI Certificate.
6. Saudization Certificate.
7. Monshaat certificates (For SMEs) – to get more details you can visit Monshaat website (Click here).(if applicable)
8. Power of attorney letter (POA), authenticated and issued by chamber of commerce.
9. Non-Disclosure agreement (To obtain the document, click here).
10. Bank letter 
11. Company Profile 
12. Financial statements for the last two years.
13. Any other related documents.

3. Power of attorney letter (POA).

5. Registration with ministry of investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – to get more details you can visit ministry of investment website (Click here).
